You can bulk WhatsApp by clicking the contacts you want to send the messages to then you can click the WhatsApp button at the top and send messages in bulk.
To send 1 on 1 messages, you have to click on the contact, and you'll have 3 options (emails, WhatsApp and SMS). If you click on the WhatsApp tab, you can send an initiation message.
