How to Setup WhatsApp on the CRM

Pre-Requisites

  • Approved Real Money Gaming License (RMG)

  • Facebook Business Manager

  • Active Reffle Subscription

  • Mobile Number Setup on Reffle CRM

Setting Up WhatsApp on the CRM

- Settings > WhatsApp > Pay & subscribe

- Refresh or go back to the Settings > WhatsApp

- Set Up a New WhatsApp Number (make sure you already have a mobile number in the CRM Settings > Phone Numbers)

- Login to Facebook Account which has access to Business Manager

- Select Business Portfolio, Business name, website and select country

- Choose a WhatsApp Business account > Create a WhatsApp Business Account > Set WhatsApp Business Account Name > Set Time Zone

- Save > Finish

- On the Settings > WhatsApp Business page it will confirm if your Account Status is Approved & Meta Business Verification is Verified > make sure all approved and verified

- Add Number > select your mobile number you have set up through the CRM > Proceed to verify.

- Once you verify normally by text OTP it will go to Status Connected

- You can now add a template for initiating messages
