Having the cash alternative feature on so your users can choose either cash/prize/credit is a great feature! But some customers don't like having the cash alternative so here's how to remove the feature.
When using the instant wins generator to create your CSV, the cash alt column automatically fills in based on the value you type in.
Here's how to do it:
Create a CSV using the instant wins generator as normal, using this guide.
Download it and export it to Google Sheets.
Delete all the numbers in the 'cash alternative' column and make sure all columns are blank.
Save as a .cvs.
Create a new comp and click 'no max limit' and upload the sheet.
Most likely, an 'error message' will pop up like the one below.
You need to save the draft and don't click off the comp, just scroll down and they should be all there without the cash alt.
