Firstly you need to make sure you set up a PayPal Business Account. 

You now need to make contact with Cashflows to request they enable PayPal on your Account.

Once enabled you need to go to portal.cashflows.com &gt; Configuration &gt; Payment Methods

Click on PayPal and Connect your PayPal Business Account.

Once this has been done get in contact with Reffle to integrate and make live on your site.
