Why can't team members see each other's tickets?

At the moment, tickets are only visible to the individual who created them. We’re currently exploring a solution to introduce a shared portal that would allow team members to view and manage tickets collaboratively. While we don’t have a set timeline for this feature yet, it’s something we’re actively working on. Stay tuned for updates!
