We have changed the system for the claims as we are releasing autopayouts soon! (if you're on RefflePay).
We have combined main prizes and instant wins into 1 section with 2 different columns, you will now find this in 'Winning Claim' in my account:
We will need everybody to verify their email address now and this is what they see..
They will receive this email and if they click 'verify email' they will get redirected to the site and then click 'close'
They will then need to go back to My Account > Winnings Claim again and the message would've disappeared and they can claim as normal.
For Main Prizes they will need to fill out the details, if it's a physical prize they won't need to fill out extra info, but if it's cash they will need to fill out extra info, you'll see later
Extra info for Cash Wins ONLY:
Gender - This is a legal requirement for Visa and Mastercard.
Date of Birth - Legal requirement
Nationality - Legal requirement
Please note: The submit button will be greyed out till they click '+add' on the Nationalities:
The info is all stored on the site, you won't be able to see it.
