Go to Marketing > Coupons > Add New Coupon
Choose percentage or fixed amount and enter the amount
Thresholds: this is optional but can be used to make the user spend more to get money off, for example the user has to buy MINIMUM 5 tickets to use my coupon code.
Restrictions: if you want the coupon code site wide leave this blank. If you want the coupon code for all users leave this blank.
Name & Date:
Coupon name: this is for your side only
Coupon code: the code the user has to type in for it to work
Choose start and end date for the coupon
Usage limits:
Total Use: If the coupon can be used globally leave this blank
Per user limit: We always suggest leaving this at 1
Safeguards: Choose if you want to have a max discount cap and if the coupon can be used with other coupons
Click create new coupon at the bottom and done! :)
