Please Note: This section for raffle creation will have an impact as that is what pulls through the main prize:
So make sure this is just the value of your end prize and not your instant wins added in there otherwise users will be able to claim that total.
Once the winner has won the prize, they need to go to My Account > Winnings:
And they'll see what they need to claim and if they click 'claim', they'll get this screen:
They'll need to either choose the cash or credit, if they choose credit it'll be automatic in their account, if they choose the prize/cash they'll need to input their bank/delivery details.
Which will then pull through on the backend so you can deliver/transfer the cash.
