If you go to Raffles>trophy
You can find all the users who have won instant wins and pay them out, depending on whether they've claimed their wins or not.
When you open that up, you will see this:
The site credit wins are automatically marked as completed since they are automatic.
The cash wins are pending since they are unclaimed.
Once a user claims, it'll look like this:
It'll say if they took the cash or the credit (if that's available).
You will see their email, phone number and their bank details. Once you pay them out, you need to mark it as transferred so it can let the user know and keep you organised.
Then it will be marked as completed on your end.
