Once a user wins their cash/credit/prize, they will need to go to my account>instant wins, and they'll see all their wins there.
If a user wins site credit, it will be automatic and within 5 minutes, they will be able to use it. These will show as 'credited' on their end.
If a user wins cash, they need to go to my account>instant wins and add their bank details to the form and click submit. They will also get the credit alternative if they'd like, which will then be automatic.
If the user wins a prize, they'll need to go to my account>instant wins and add their delivery details to the form and click submit. If you've added a cash alternative to the settings in the backend, they can opt in for the cash, prize or credit (which will be automatic). The form will change accordingly.
Once you've paid out the win/delivered the prize, the status will change from claimed to completed on the user's end.
If the same user wins again, it will save their details for next time. They will still need to submit the form.
