All slots prizes won will be offered as cash or in site credit to the winning customer, which they can choose to claim in their account. You can add a disclaimer such as 'any prizes under £20 will be paid out as site credit only'.
Overview:
The slots frame itself has a set style and graphic design. The way you can have fun with it and create themes is by changing the images that spin inside the slots machine with every different competition!
The standard base of the game has fruits spinning as filler icons, or you can override this yourself, which means you can personalise your extra icons forever for every single comp.

Understanding Slots and Working the Feature:
Upload your competition as normal.
When you get to inputting your price for the competition, bare in mind that buying a single ticket on this competition will cost three times the amount inputted, as a customer needs to buy 3 tickets for one spin and will be automatically guided to do so. (For example, if you input the regular price as 33p, one spin would be 99p, see below for what this looks like front and backend)
Now go to the 'Slots Settings' tab in your lottery section, and select 'Check to enable related settings.' (You will only have 'Slots Settings' if you have paid for the feature).
This will now give you the option to 'Add Prize Group'
You can add up to 20 winning prize groups, which you can 'select' an image icon for. The icons should be 1:1 90x90 px transparent PNG (on a grey/ white background, so avoid these colours)
You can also replace the 'non-winning filler fruit images' seen in the image below, that are the standard base, you can change these simply for each competition. You will see a check box stating 'Enable to override the global fruit replacement images for this product', at the bottom of the slots settings. Tick that box and you will be able to add between 3 and 8 images. If you are always using the same 'Global Replacement Images' give the team a shout, and we can add in your replacement images as standard, instead of the fruit.
If you see above we have a ticket, trophy and play icon, that we have attached to each prize group as an example. On the front end of your site, your customers can see the different prize groups, filtered by icon, and see what they need to get to win!! The icons must show on one row to win! The 1 Match Prize will be the easiest for your customers to win, and the 3 Matches Prize the hardest.
Let's talk about the Ticket icon to understand this better. If they spin one ticket icon and two 'X' (a cross icon 'X' will always be shown for no win in the row) they would get £10 for ONE MATCH, £25 for TWO MATCH, £50 for THREE MATCH.
As an example... I have done a test spin and one £8! This is because I won two matches of the play icon at £3 and one match of the trophy icon at £8.
You then need to chose how many tickets you will have at this prize level, by using 'Prize Count', to a minimum of 3, so people have the chance to win the three matches. You can chose any amount that you want, and when clicking 'Generate Tickets' it will use the 'maximum tickets' amount in your main lottery page to generate random ticket numbers, just like your instant win generator!
Then all you need to do its save draft and publish!! Remember that the amount of tickets won will affect the overall odds of the competition. For example, in Prize Group 1 for the ticket icon 3/10 tickets/icons have already been won! So there is only 7 tickets left, meaning only 2 more people have the chance to win the 3 matches. The system will not make it possible to win three matches of something that is no longer available.
Where can the customers claim their slots winnings:
Go to Account
View the Dashboard and Select 'Slots Game'
Find the Slots Game in Question and Select 'Claim'
Choose Cash and enter bank details or claim Site Credit and get paid out automatically after pressing submit
Where can I see the winning customers of slots:
Go to your dashboard in the backend of your site, where you normally see competitions, instant wins etc.
You will see 'Slots Game' where you can filter by prize type and claimed or unclaimed prizes
