A customer Has Got In Touch Saying The 'Place Order' Button Is Not There?

You need to log in as the user by going to the users tab, searching for the user and switching to them. Go to 'my account' and check their spending limit, nine times out of ten this is the reason they cannot pay.

Some users may have forgotten they have added a spending limit.
