  1. Open Google Sheets

  2. Type 'Image' in the first column

  3. Type 'Name' in the second column

  4. Type 'Type' in the third column

  5. Type 'Value' in the fourth column

  6. Type 'Ticket Number' in the last column

  7. Type '#' because you won't be able to add images on Google Sheets - you will have to add so manually after uploading your file

  8. Click 'Copy'

  9. Highlight how many instant wins you will be doing

  10. Click 'Paste'

  11. Add your first prize

  12. If you are doing more than 1 of the same prize, an efficient way to do this is to copy and paste your prize into different columns

  13. Type in the rest of your prizes but make sure to do so without '£'

  14. If your prize is site credit you need to type 'wallet'

  15. To do this more efficiently you can copy and paste.

  16. Highlight all the site credit prizes

  17. If it's a physical prize you need to put 'prize' in the type column

  18. Type the value for each instant win - if your site credit is automated make sure you put the right value in

  19. Type the ticket number that correlates with each instant win

  20. Once you're done, save and download your file as CSV.

  21. After you need to convert it to UFT-8.
