Setting Up CRM Email Sending

For 1-1 emailing:

  1. Go to Settings > My Profile > Email (2-way sync)

  2. Sync your email (Gsuite or Office365) with the CRM.

For Marketing emailing:

  1. Go to Settings > Email Services > Create Dedicated Domain.

  2. Enter email.domain.com and Add & Verify.

  3. Connect your domain normally just select manual and input records.

  4. Verify Domain DNS is updated and SSL is assigned.
