Why was I only able to send 100 SMS messages from the CRM?

To prevent spam and fraud, our platform enforces a gradual SMS ramp-up to ensure your messages aren't blocked at the carrier level. This means your sending limit starts low and gradually increases as you build a positive sending reputation.

As your SMS volume grows, your daily sending limit will automatically increase according to the ramp-up schedule (as shown in the image).
