How to Upload a New Competition

Here's how to upload a competition, step by step:

1. Navigate to the “Competitions” tab.

2. Click “Add New”.

3. Add a product name.

4. Provide a detailed description of the product.

5. Choose “Lottery” from the dropdown menu.

6. Enter the start date and time.

7. Add the end date for the competition.

8. Minimum Tickets Sold: Enter the minimum number of tickets required for the raffle to succeed.
IMPORTANT: Ensure this matches the number of winners to avoid a “failed” status (e.g., 1 for one winner, 2 for two winners).

9. Maximum Tickets: Enter the total number of tickets available.

10. Per-User Limit: Set the maximum number of tickets a single user can purchase to ensure fairness and avoid potential AML (Anti-Money Laundering) issues.

11. Enter how many winners this draw will have.

12. Decide whether to allow paid entries or free entries.

13. Enter the price per ticket for the paid option.

14. Optionally, set a discount price for promotions.

Note: This will override the original price until the sale price is removed, which can be done mid-competition.

15. Select User Chooses the Ticket or Random Ticket Allocation (automatic). If you choose "User Chooses the Ticket" the customers will have both options.

16. Make sure Enable Lucky Dip is selected.

17. Make sure Enable Ticket Selection is selected.

18. Decide whether ticket numbers should be immediately visible on the screen or only in the confirmation email.

19. Define how many entries are shown per tab.

20. We recommend leaving this box unchecked, as it helps build trust in your website by displaying transparency.

21. Keep the entry list live checkbox unchecked to display trust and transparency for your customers.

22. Choose whether the winner will be:
Drawn manually (e.g., live on social media), or
Automatically selected by the system (autodraw).

23. Add a short description of the product.

24. Click “Set Product Image” to upload a main image. Ensure 1:1 ration

25. Use “Add Product Gallery Images” to upload more images.

26. Categorise your product using “Add New Category” (e.g., “Tech,” “Cash”).

27. Add relevant tags using “Add New Tag”.

28. Click “Choose Image” for your slider.

Select an image (usually the same as your main product image).

29. To preview the competition page before going live, set visibility to “Private”.
Once satisfied, switch visibility to “Public” and click “Publish”.
