Please Note: Sometimes the sheet will not upload and come up with an error message or blank boxes, if this happens please upload your CSV and then save the draft, once you click back on it your instant wins should be there.

Please Note: You can now use the instant wins generator if you are on the latest platform which is easier than creating a CSV.

If you do use the generator, please follow this guide as this should be the first step.

1. Navigate to the “Competitions” tab.

2. Click “Add New”.

3. Click the “Product Name” field to name your competition and add your long description below.

4. Select “Lottery” as the competition type.

5. Click the “Prizes” tab.

6. Check the “Enable Instant Wins” box.

7. Enable “Show Prize Amount & Qty”.

8. Enter the Prizes Total Value.

9. Specify the Prizes Count (total number of instant win prizes).

10. Choose how to sort your instant wins by Value or Ticket Number.

11. Click “Add Prize” to create a new prize. (If you want to do this manually)

12. Enter the prize name.

13. Specify whether it’s a prize item or wallet credit.

14. Add the value of the prize.

15. Enter the winning ticket number.

16. Repeat this process for additional prizes.

17. Or use the “Add Bulk Prizes”

(The template for this is at the bottom of the article)

18. Once all prizes are added, ensure they appear correctly in the Instant Wins list.

19. Briefly describe the competition in the “Short Description” field.

20. Go to the “Lottery” tab.

21. Select a start date for the competition.

22. Enter the end date and fill in details like ticket price, number of winners, etc.

23. Enable the “Automatic” option to assign tickets randomly. This prevents users from manually selecting their own ticket numbers.

24. Ensure to untick the box that disables users to pick their tickets.

25. Click “Set Product Image” to upload the main competition image.

26. Use “Add Product Gallery Images” to upload additional images.

27. Once all details are complete, click “Publish” to make the competition live.
