1. Click “Coupons”.
2. Click “Add New Coupon”.
3. Click “Generate Coupon Code” or create your own.
4. Add a description of the coupon.
5. Select “Percentage Discount”.
6. Enter 100 in the coupon amount field.
7. Set the expiry date to tomorrow’s date.
8. Go to “Usage Restriction”
9. Enter the competition the user wrote on their postcard.
10. Add the user’s email address.
11. Go to “Usage Limits”
12. Set Usage Limit Per Coupon to 1.
13. Set Usage Limit Per User to 1.
14. Publish the coupon.
15. Click “Users”.
16. Use the search bar or browse the list.
17. Click “Switch To” next to the user.
18. Access the menu.
19. Click “Live Competitions”.
20. Select the competition the user wants to enter.
21. Click “Add to Basket”
22. Go to “Cart”.
23. Click “Apply a Promo Code”.
24. Enter the coupon code you created and click “Apply Coupon”.
25. The order total should be free.
26. Click “Checkout Securely”.
27. Fill in the user’s details.
28. Agree to the terms and conditions.
29. Click “Place Order”.
30. The user will receive an email with their ticket number.
31. Click “Switch back to [Your Name]” to return to your account.
