We categorise your tickets into different stages to help you keep track of them. These stages are automatically updated as developers change the status through our system, which is seamlessly integrated with Intercom.

  1. Submitted: When your ticket has successfully been logged.

  2. In Progress: A developer is actively working on your ticket.

  3. In Sprint: Your ticket has been added to the current sprint, which is a board of tasks scheduled for completion within a 2-week timeframe. Tasks in this stage may include new features, plug-ins, charity pages, new site builds, or app developments.

  4. Planned: Your ticket has been planned for the next sprint and will display as ‘Planned.’

  5. Blocked: Progress on your ticket is on hold while we wait for input from a third party or customer.

  6. UAT (User Acceptance Testing): Your ticket is in the testing phase to ensure everything functions as expected.

  7. Waiting On Customer: We’re waiting for your additional information or feedback to proceed.

  8. Resolved: The ticket has passed testing and successfully deployed.

These stages ensure transparency and keep you informed about the progress of your tickets. If you have any questions about a specific status, feel free to reach out!
